This test was developed and validated for the ABI PRISM\u00ae 7500 (Fast) instrument (Thermo Fisher Scientific), LightCycler\u00ae 480 (Roche) and Mx3005P\u00ae (Agilent), but is also suitable for other realtime PCR instruments.
