This<br \/>\ntest was developed and validated for the ABI PRISM\u00ae 7500 (Fast) instrument (Life Technologies), LightCycler\u00ae 480 (Roche) and Mx3005P\u00ae (Agilent), but is also suitable for other real-time PCR instruments.
