This test was developed and validated for the ABI PRISM\u00ae 7500 (Fast) instrument (Thermo Fisher Scientific), LightCycler\u00ae 480 (Roche) and Mx3005P\u00ae (Agilent) but is also suitable for other real-time PCR instruments.
