This test was developed and validated for the ABI PRISM\u00ae 7500 (Fast) instrument (Thermo Fisher Scientific), LightCycler\u00ae 480 (Roche) and Mx3005P\u00ae (Agilent), but is also suitable for other real-time PCR instruments. This kit allows the rapid and sensitive detection of TGEV RNA isolated from nasal swabs and feces (e.g. with the QIAamp Viral RNA Mini Kit, Qiagen).
