This test was developed for the ABI PRISM\u00ae 7500 (Fast) instrument (Thermo Fisher Scientific), LightCycler\u00ae 480 (Roche) and for Mx3005P\u00ae (Agilent), but is also suitable for other real-time PCR instruments.
