It detects both subtypes RHDV1 and RHDV2. This test was developed for the ABI PRISM\u00ae 7500 (Fast) instrument (Thermo Fisher Scientific), LightCycler\u00ae 480 (Roche) and for Mx3005P\u00ae (Agilent), but is also suitable for other real-time PCR instruments.
