Biocore Diagnostics routinely ships products using various couriers unless alternatives are requested.
Products purchased directly from biocore diagnostics that are defective and/or do not meet the manufacturer’s specifications will be replaced if notified by the customer within 30 days of shipment. Returns and product replacements must be approved in advance by biocore diagnostics. The customer should notify biocore diagnostics immediately if the merchandise is damaged in transit. biocore diagnostics may request the customer’s assistance in documenting and filing a claim with the carrier within seven (7) days of receipt of the merchandise.
