Description

ViroReal® Typing Kit PCV2 a, b, d contains three PCR primer sets for the amplification and detection
of DNA of the porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) a, b, d. This test is based on an intercalating dye using
real-time PCR and has been developed for the Applied Biosystems® 7500 instrument (Thermo Fisher
Scientific), LightCycler® 480 (Roche) and Mx3005P® (Agilent), but is also suitable for other real-time
PCR instruments. This test allows the rapid typing of PCV2 a, b, d from DNA samples.
