Description

ViroReal® Kit Bovine Parainfluenza Virus 3 is a real-time PCR kit for the detection of bovine parainfluenza virus 3 (BPIV3) RNA using one-step reverse transcription real-time PCR. This test was developed for the ABI PRISM® 7500 (Fast) instrument (Thermo Fisher Scientific), LightCycler® 480 (Roche) and for Mx3005P® (Agilent), but is also suitable for other real-time PCR instruments. This test allows the rapid and sensitive detection of BPIV3 RNA purified from samples of the respiratory tract (e.g. with the QIAamp Viral RNA Mini Kit, Qiagen).
